McDonald's has unveiled the long-awaited details and launch plans for its spinoff, CosMc's, following numerous social media posts hinting at a mysterious restaurant opening in a Chicago suburb. The company has announced that its innovative concept restaurant will make its debut this week in Bolingbrook as part of a "limited test" phase.

Described as a "novel, compact-format establishment with a focus on beverages," this restaurant marks the initial offering in a select few planned for the United States, as confirmed by McDonald's. In a press release, the company expressed that CosMc's draws its inspiration from nostalgia and is dedicated to providing humans with an array of bold, refreshing beverages and delectable treats.

The menu at CosMc's promises an enticing selection of specialty lemonades, teas, blended beverages, and cold coffee options. Among the offerings are standout choices like the Sour Cherry Energy Slush, the Tropical Spiceade, and the S'mores Cold Brew. Customers will also have the opportunity to personalize their drinks with add-ins such as boba, flavored syrups, energy boosters, vitamin C shots, and more.
