Now, the list of covered expenses includes ergonomic chairs, spa treatments, kitchen tools, sleep aids, fitness subscriptions—and Lego kits, which have become a popular hands-on stress reliever among employees.
Deloitte professionals, particularly in consulting roles, often log more than 50 hours per week. The benefit is part of a broader trend among professional services firms to retain talent and combat burnout by enhancing quality-of-life incentives.
