Deutche Bank’s Return To Office Sparks Worker Backlash

Deutsche Bank faces scrutiny regarding its recent return-to-office mandate, stipulating that all employees must be present at least three days a week starting in June. According to a memo obtained by Bloomberg, the bank's CEO and COO expressed intentions to engage in further discussions with employee representatives following a surge of critical feedback on an internal messaging platform.

The union leader informed Bloomberg that Deutsche Bank lacks adequate office space to accommodate the new policy, leading to complaints from employees about congestion issues.
