Jaleel Menifee is a Partner at Outside Legal Counsel LLP, where he provides legal counsel on litigation, transactional matters, and regulatory compliance. His practice focuses on administrative and employment law, corporate governance, and financial regulations, including the evolving landscape of decentralized finance.

With a deep passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, Jaleel has extensive experience guiding businesses through complex legal frameworks. He advises individuals, startups, financial institutions, and corporate clients on contract negotiations, capital raises, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the digital asset space.

While in law school, Jaleel dedicated his time to public interest work, assisting low-income families through organizations such as the Economic Justice Project and the Legal Aid Society’s Juvenile Rights Practice. At the Economic Justice Project, he helped families secure critical public benefits—including housing and childcare stipends, as well as SNAP benefits—and represented them in Fair Hearings before Administrative Law Judges.
